MA Creative Practice

 MA Creative Practice

The evoked emotions of the landscape and the translation of the vista have played a large part of the process and output of my work. To date my practice has circled between photography, print-making and textiles. I am trying to interpret and convey these evoked emotions that I feel in the landscape and translate these through the process and output of my work.

As part of my MA Creative Practice studies with the Institute of Arts, University of Cumbria, I am concentrating on the circular walk around Ullswater, Cumbria. I work on location using my sketch book and camera to study and diarise the landscape. This provides me with valuable primary research with which to work and experiment in printmaking.
